Nii Nortey K. Oquaye embodies the fusion of tradition and modern leadership—serving as the esteemed Oblantaa Mantse of Osu, enstooled by OSU Ashantse Dzaasetse Nii Nortey Omantuo IV. He is a distinguished professional, mentor, and advocate for social progress.
His philanthropic efforts are channeled through the Oquaye Foundation, which is dedicated to uplifting youth and enhancing the quality of life in Osu through impactful programs in education, healthcare, and nutrition

Our Impact Programs
Education Initiatives
We've awarded 150 small scholarships in 2024 alone, providing books, uniforms, and tuition support to promising students who would otherwise miss educational opportunities.
Health Unicom
Our partner Unicom pharmacy helps us provide the medication needed to the good people of OSU, as all our partners are donation based. Please complete the needed forms in order to qualify if in need.
Training courses
Last year, we supported OSU with various courses for students, and certifications needed to grow work experience, to prepare our children for the next chapter of success.

Eligible individuals can receive assistance with basic medications through Unicom Pharmacy, located next to Frankies on Oxford Street in Osu. Please note the following important details:
  • Complete the online form with accurate and up-to-date information for your application to be considered.
  • You will receive a notification if your request is approved.
  • Do not use this form for emergency or urgent care medication requests — it is not intended for immediate needs.
  • Expect a response delay of up to one week or more, depending on the volume of applications.
This program is intended to support the community with non-emergency medical needs, especially for those experiencing financial hardship.

Dual Citizenship
Reclaim your heritage and navigate the dual citizenship application with our assistance.

  • Naturalization certificate (if applicable)

Ghanaian Passport
We help streamline the process for first-time applicants, renewals, or replacements for lost passports.
